2022 DWC Festival Advocacy Partner Application
The 13th Annual DANCE FOR WORLD COMMUNITY FESTIVAL, “Movements for Peace”, will host nearly 20,000 spectators and activists on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 12-6pm in Harvard Square, Cambridge. The indoor/outdoor event will include four performance stages, various dance forms presented by over 50 dance groups, free introductory-level dance classes and exhibitors along “Advocacy Way” on Massachusetts Avenue between Bow Street and Putnam Avenue. A free event for all to enjoy, the Annual Dance for World Community Festival brings together diverse dance performers, dance instructors and activists from local arts, social service and advocacy agencies to: Raise awareness about critical social issues and the growing urgency to promote world peace and climate justice, and Celebrate the power of dance, and the arts in general, to create social change. This annual event draws a diverse audience as well as prominent media exposure, making it a unique partnership opportunity for your organization. All are welcome to join the celebration. Exhibiting organizations must submit an application for a space and table on Advocacy Way. The $30 Exhibitors Fee includes a table, tablecloth and two chairs. Reserve your space today!
